Outsource terrible cancellation process

I've tried to cancel my policy with outsurance 3 times and they keep trying to beat around the bush and ignore my request! The last lady i spoke to i asked to cancel my policy said she wil cancel my policy should my husband not accept the quote she offered which he didnt. My policy still is active now im having bank charges on my account and money that will be going off due to my request being ignored. Why is it so easy to push me into a sale but when i change my mind i cant just send you guys an email i have to deal with agents pushing me into making decisions when i was clear with my request! please just cancel my policy i do not have time to sit on calls with you guys any longer! How can you make my day awesome you ask? cancel my policy!
