Outsource: False advertising

<p>Outsurance was not able to beat my car insurance but was reluctant to give me my R800. Is this not false advertising as I met all the set criteria?</p> <p>Adds should be removed and I will also be reaching out to friends and collegues about the false advertsing</p>
