Outsource complaint
We have a car insurance with Outsurance , today my family is stuck at Towsriver my husband called the insurance asking for assistance with towing only to be told they do not offer road assistanceš¢,during these challenging times we must pay towing truck from touwsrive to Cape Town in Parklands, what exactly is the R782.87 for if it doesnāt even cover road assistance? May someone please help.

Our claims manager contacted you and discussed the detail as well as our decision to assist. A client care advisor will call you to upgrade your cover to comprehensive and also provide you with a quote for motor warranty cover, as requested.

The Outsurance team that received my complaint was very swift with assisting my family, the cost were covered by Outsurance to home.
Throughout the wait, an interval of at least 20 minutes we were checked to update on the whereabouts of the service provider.
Mr. Mokoena was really courteous and sympathetic of our situation, made us feel at ease and assured us of the coming help.
The first responder to the call also assisted with clarification the Ts&Cs, S/O to Wendel for being courteous and sympathetic.
My family is now safe and home, ready to welcome 2022 together.
