Outsourance Bad Service

I has a bad experience with them. In East London during the December period 2021. There were storms that caused havoc, the after math was that my boundary wall stated to crack.

We called them in and they did an assessment with a non qualified person. The report came back indicating poor workmanship. This was totally shocking.We complained and we then contacted our own specialist for concrete boundary wall.He did a report indicating that winds did the damage.

Eventually the wall gave up, we had another storm in August and the wall has blown to the ground. The company came with all sorts of reasons indicating rust on the metal rods. We indicated to them we made refurbishment on the wall ever since we had the storm in December.

However the company was still not willing to assist and accept the Claim. The service given again to send a non-qailified person to assess such a high value item a house.
