OUTrages premiums.
So I contacted you guys yesterday via email, you called me, I could not speak at that time, you promised to call back – still waiting – so here goes for all to see…
I just received my new premiums for 2022, incredibly I am now paying over a R1000.00 for a 10 year old vehicle which you have valued at less than R200 000.00
More amazing are your television adverts which show brand new vehicles of the same type I drive and younger aged drivers for HALF my premium??
A quick quote with Hippo.co.za also shows the most expensive quote at one of your rivals to be LESS than what I am currently paying – please explain…
I never make new years resolutions but this year will be an exception – to get rid of OUTsurance and go to one of your more affordable competitors.
