Outrageous UNFAIR Outcome!!!!

Outsurance client Bronwyn Edmunds crashed into my wife on her way to work on the 15/08. My wife was going North & their client was going South & Bronwyn lost control of her car & came onto oncoming traffic. Bronwyn admits that it was her fault as we were going in opposite directions, her father said that Outsurance needs to settle us whenever we spoke to them. Their client Mr Edmunds hasnt bothered calling to ask if all is OK, both the insurance company & their client are VERY INCONSIDERATE!!! My wife's car is written off & while we had no insurance & are still paying the car off they offering to pay us so much less than what we still owe on the vehicle. NO ONE CAME TO ASSESS THE DAMAGE OF THE CAR, NO ONE FROM OUTSURANCE SEEN OUR CAR WITH THEIR OWN EYES yet they are claiming a HUGE amount that we can sell my car for to a salvage dealer! We are taking the matter to court & refusing what they are offering us. Their assessor hasn't even called us or assessed the engine, they just assuming from pictures how much we can get if we salvage the vehicle. This matter will be settled in court & best believe we will fight this as this is beyond PATHETIC. Outsurance can pay outbonuses yet for legit cases where their client was in the wrong, we the innocent parties has to pay the price. Their client wasn't even interviewed, Outsurance hasn't even been to the accident scene. My wife rolled into a ditch - can you imagine the damage of the vehicle? It is beyond repairs, no salvage dealer will pay a HUGE amount for s****! Outsurance best believe we WILL go to Carte Blanche & even Newspapers if we have to as well as this was in way or form my wife's fault & we have proof of it! Outsurance hasnt even interviewed my wife at the scene they just telephonically contacted my wife to ask her if their client's daughter was under the influence. Surely their client who was on the wrong side of the road is in the wrong yet we must just accept what they will offer us! Unfortunately we DO NOT accept their PATHETIC offer & as their consultant said "you can go ahead with legal matters"....THAT WE WILL BE DOING & EXPOSING HOW THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF WHEN THEIR CLIENT WAS IN THE WRONG!!!
