OUTrageous renewal increase

Received my renewal policy for our home policy OT***7 and it is a 13% increase! In these times, that is unacceptable. We called them to request a review, which was declined. We also increased value (by 8%) to include new solar, which has now resulted in a 21% increase in premium, which is OUTrageous. We also have our house contents/vehicle policy, my husbands vehicle policy and his business policies all with Outsurance and still they won't consider reviewing this hefty increase. We will be taking all this business from Outsurance.
