Outpet outerly amazing

Outpet (pet insurance) Absolutely blown away by the service of this division. My doggy had been through the wars this last year amassing several claims...the service consultants are quick to respond to my claims, always empathetic about the dog, and cheerful. They are knowledgeable about the details of the policy always explaining the process and t&c's respectfully. Claims are paid out quickly. Doggy even got a little present once from one the service agents. So sweet. Guys, you are amazing. Keep it up!
