OutNoSurance
Recently a Outsurance client drove into me and I decided to claim for the damage from Outsurance. I received a call from Nosipho from the legal department. And after 3 phone calls and probably an hour on the phone with her I got a call from her supervisor Mr Isaac Modwera. And this call felt like an interrogation where I was asked to retell the story that I told to Nosipho. Mr Modwera was clearly not very informed about my account of the incident as he continuously asked me to explain and to clarify what happened. And when I asked him if he spoked to Nosipho he said yes and yet he wanted me to explained to him what happened. He then informed me that based on they assessment they client was not to blame. I mean for him to say that when he didn't even know where the accident happened is ridiculous. I told Mr Modwera the only reason he called me was either he didn't think Nosipho did her job properly and he wanted to double check her story.
Which is actually an insult to Nosipho since she was doing an excellent job. The other reason why he called could have been to caught me in a lie. Or to let me know Outsurance wont pay out the claim.
Seems the last one was correct because that is exactly what happened.
Below is an account of how this happened:
I was driving on Cententary Road (Somerset Mall) and I was about to enter a circle. Mr X was already in the circle coming from my right on the outside lane which is the lane for which is the lane for going straight or exiting on your left. When Mr X past me and there was no traffic coming from my right I entered the circle.Based on the fact that Mr X was in the outside lane and he did not switch on his indicators I assume we both exiting the circle. Mr X than decided to turn right as I was about to exit the circle and thats when he hit the side of my car. We both than proceeded to stop and exchange contact details. I then sent Mr X pictures of both our cars and sent him my personal details;I had to wait until the 27th of May him to send me his personal details. He also informed me he already went to the police station so for this reason I didn't go and I am using the reference that was given to him.

At the time I couldn't answer the call so she left me a voicemail message.
She said her name was Arysa or Anysa; the call wasn't very clear and she then said I should call her on this number: ***.
Which I have been doing for the last 3hrs; the phone rings once and then its answered but there is no one on the other side.
So again thank you Outsurance for the stellar service you guys are providing; just living up to that rating of 1 star I gave you guys.
But on the plus side you guys are just so consistent hey.

I got a call from this number *** at 13:10 today and since it looked like a call centre number I did not answer it. I then got a voice note saying this was a call from Thelma Mnguni from Outsurance and I must call her back on ***.
Which I did twice and both times I was told her line is busy and they will ask her to call me back. And yes you guessed it so far she hasn't called back. So its been a week now since I have made contact with Outsurance. And so far I have gotten calls from 4 different members of your staff.
Spoken to two; and still I haven't been able to get a direct and informed correspondence from any of you guys.
I mean this isn't that difficult your client was in the wrong lane when he turned not only that he didn't use his indicator when he decided in a lane he was not allowed to turn right from.
