outsurance and it's outsource panel beaters are ***********. i had a claim with them last year May. Till today that claim hasn't been finalized. It is now 11 months and no word from them. All i see is a premium hike after the claim.

Gina was in contact with you and provided you with detailed feedback. Our service providers did send the quote as well as proof of payment. Gina forwarded these to you and it was agreed you will arrange with BMW to attend to the locking mechanism as soon as they receive stock.
