Outbonus perk is Misleading

So being a first time owner of a car from Hyundai I needed to take out an insurance policy. I was contacted by a gentleman from Outsurance who gave me a run down of the policy. I was suppose to receive my first Outbonus for the 1st year claim free year. Contacted them today and spoke to a Lady named Vuyo who advised that I will only get the amount in 2021 for the amount that was confirmed for this year.

Very misleading and I am disappointing, I could of chosen someone else which I think will be a great start to the new year unless anything is done about this.
