OUTBONUS NOT RECEIVED
I did not receive an outbonus as promised by Outsurance on 23 December 2021. I cannot contact Outsurance telephonically all my calls to *** and *** are declined immediately. I logged a request on the Outsurance App to be contacted - no call received.

Further to our private reply on receipt of your complaint, our client care manager Kyle has been in contact with you.
He explained the terms of your OUTbonus and informed you that it is due in December this year.
The OUTbonus was due three years later after your last claim, which was paid to you in 2020. Should you remain claim free you will receive your next OUTbonus in December this year and every year thereafter should you remain claim free. This is also clearly explained in your policy schedule should you require further detail.
