OUTBonus not an option, but its on your documents
I took out a life policy yesterday 20th July 2020 - only to find out that the OUTBonus is not an option anymore Because of this I requested to cancel my life policy on the 21st July 2020 Yet I receive an email from OUTSurance BROCHURE DOCUMENTATION - Why OUT is better than IN - In this document it states clearly: INNOVATION • OUTbonus: If you have selected our Life OUTbonus and do not claim for 15 consecutive years, you will receive 100% of the total paid premiums back in cash." So please explain to me: How can you send me documentation that states the OUTBonus is one of your INNOVATIONS? Then I can insist having the OUTbonus as you are sending me this info on a document.
