Outbonus mockery
Its been such a struggle to my outbonus paid to my personal bank when I followed up with the bank and got my statement there is payments missing

Further to our initial response to your review, we received confirmation from our client care manager, confirming she contacted you and confirmed which account we paid the OUTbonus into.
We will however convert your policy in such a manner that your OUTbonus will be paid into your personal account and no longer your bond account.
