Outbonus mockery

Another year & OUTSURANCE failed me again by paying my Outbonus to the bond account then they still sent me a SMS to say your Outbonus was paid to your account

Last year they did the same and it has been such a struggle to get a R200 refund from the bank

Now the bank / bond account sit with two Outbonuses of mine which yet again I was made a mockery of

I called way in advance & this guy was suppose to get back to me last week already cause on the call he said he can't override the system only the manage can but to date no call or feedback

& HOW NICE THE R255 OUTBONUS WAS PAID TO THE BOND ACCOUNT AGAIN
