Outbonus is useless.
Outsurance has been good to me in the past. I am not someone who claims a lot and I think I have had one claim over the last 5 year, and what I want to claim about is my Outbonus which was nothing this year. I wish Outsurance would stop giving money to people who are not part of their parole. I am one of the paying customers and should be getting that money back.

Our payment cycles are as follow: should you remain claim free for 36 consecutive months, you will receive your OUTbonus calculated for this period. Thereafter, a payment is made for 24 consecutive claim free months, following this, a payment after 12 claim free months. Your latest OUTbonus was based on the past 12 months' premium we collected, which will be less than previous payments.
