OUTBONUS HOAX
Just found out today that for clients to receive an outbonus you have to pay a seperate premium to enjoy this benefit. How is this an annual/no claim bonus.

We offer the OUTbonus to clients who have personal home and vehicle insurance as well as business cover with us.
Your building is however covered on a different product, which does not offer the benefit. Our client care manager will discuss the detail with you.
