<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have numerously contacted Outsurance regarding claim number ********** 25 which was not processed meqning I did not make the claim from insurance. However, this affects my outbonus payment date which should be September 2016 instead of October 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly rectify this and send an updated insurance schedule with the correct outbonus payout date.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>

As per my discussion with you now, the payment date for the OUTbonus is scheduled for 25 September 2016, provided you remain claim free till then.
I sent you a copy of your current schedule as requested.
