OUT to the rescue when one cannot see I to I with a vehicle tow company, Ken

Had a minor problem with a tow company recently. They threw up their hands and refused any knowledge of the issue......what was I to expect? Spoke to OUT and a lady by the name of Tumi came to the rescue immediately. Got the answer and now a happy man !!!!
