Out-the-door-Surance
OUTsurance pet is just a **** to make money. I took my dog to the vet and the vet said it is either a fungal ringworm or a bacterial dermatitis. After taking samples they diagnosed him with dermatitis. On the invoice and forms they wrote dermatitis. OUTsurance have now phoned the vet and said that they claimed ringworm which is not claimable in the first year. BUT ON THE INVOICE IS WRITTEN DERMITITUS. So is OUTsurance accusing the vet of medical *****? They won’t pay because they convince the bet to say other than indicated on the form that they wrote and signed?
********! Medipet is a much better pet medical aid option!
