Out surance client collided with my car

Good afternoon my name is Ramotswedi Mosime. On the 18th May 2024 an out surance client was driving at a very high speen on the 80kms road and as i was crossing the robot her car hit mine. The accident happened on Rondebult road. I did not have insurance to cover my car and it was paid off. Her insurance came to tow her car while i had to borrow money to have my car towed to a safe place. The husband of the other cars owner took my phone and promised to get back to me regarding insurance claims. I have been waiting for their call since it was out surance client who collided with me and she was at fault. I need the client's insurance to help me fix my car as a third party damage according to the terms of the insurance contract. Its almost a year now waiting for them and i am now using public transport as a result of their clients fault. My car is now beyond repair as a result of their client negligence. 8
