OUT-STANDING SERVICE

I am emotional right now as i write this review, until my car was towed for the first time, stuck in a situation where i'm still contemplating which ensurer to go for, my sister refers me and asked me to check a few insurances to see if they could help me or charge me a reasonable amount for the tow, guys its not even month end so you can imagine. since i don't have a spare wheel, so i contact Outsurance and spoke to Ronel who just sounded like i called my sister at home for help and she was on some "ill hook you up girl" type of situation. OUT you the best - Ronel thank you for laughing with me through out the process and offering me help in my time of need, better yet the service provider you send out went OUT OF HIS WAY! thank you Sizwe an awesome driver who made sure i even get the correct tire and Thank you Ronel.
