OUT- standing performance - Lorenzo Pieters

In South Africa, service delivery has taken a back step and been replaced with unfriendly service. Everywhere you go people make it clear that they are only there to help you because its what they are paid to do. This being my second claim with Outsurance, it is evident that this same culture is not tolerated within the ranks of the firm. However, even having said this, Lorenzo Pieters, has taken this one step further. Every step of the process he kept me up to date and explained every bit of the process, and shown great consideration to me as a client. Making me feel me at ease knowing someone is batting on my team, and making it easier to accept the outcome, because I knew how the decision was made, and its taught me a lot. It is easy to see Lorenzo is more that just a consultant, he has deep values and a true passion for helping his clients. My personal opinion is that someone like Lorenzo should be in a position of training or authority where those values, s****s and client understanding can be passed on to others, or filtered through. Lorenzo has done more in my life than just help me with an insurance claim, he has given me hope for the future of this country after an experience that had nearly made me lose all hope. And for this, I thank you Lorenzo.
