OUT Promo challenge
I took the promotion challenge on the 10th Jun already and Outsurance would not beat my current premium, I was told I qualify for the R1500.00. I sent them all the required info and still I cannot get them to call me back. I have called and emailed but I get no assistance.

After about a month and a half still NO further contact from OUT. I was told I would be contacted, but surprise surprise again no one called. I called again on the 14th July and was told someone would call me, I am still waiting.
They keep giving nonsense excuses when I call. So after all this effort I am getting no where with OUT, this manner of business dealings makes me believe that this is no more than a ****, to just get your details and have you take part in pointless quotes.
I am utterly dissapointed in OUT, quick to give quotes, no after service and ridiculously expensive premiums. This is why I will never have a policy with OUT!!
