Out of the box thinking

i called in to get a quote on insuring a 3rd vehicle whereby the previous consultant discounted the maximum she could however i was not happy with the premiums.I then called back and spoke to Brilliant who was absolutely brilliant and thought out of the box explaining that he cannot discount further however he advised that he will transfer me to another department whereby they would review my policy and try and discount my premiums.He made sure that he he retained me as a customer as i was on the verge on moving my entire portfolio to another insurer.This is what i call excellent service and making sure that the customer is happy and the customers needs is taken care of.Well done Brilliant on the excellent service and also in retaining me as a client
