On Thursday morning I reported a break in at my home, it was a home invasion whilst my 3 boys (11, 3 and 4 months) were sleeping. We are all extremely traumatized by the break in and explained that to your operator. He promised to mark my claim as urgent. I am still waiting for the Assessor! Nothing is urgent, our safety is not important but my monthly premium is! I am going to cancel my policies with Outsurance once this claim is finalized as I want to be with a company that considers my wellbeing and safety! I don't understand why I loose my no claim bonus when I claim on one of my policies. Each one should be seperate? Another way Outsurance misrepresent! And *****!
