Out of Outsurance

I sent a Cancellation letter to Outsurance on 11 June 2015. I received a call to convince me to stay with Outsurance but because of average service and high premiums I refused. I requested to receive a confirmation of cancellation and was assured that I would receive it. After receiving nothing, I sent the cancellation again on 30 June 2015. Up to date I still have not received any confirmation that this policy has been cancelled.
