OUT ****mers
My recent experience with OUT is like dealing with ****mers of some kind of 'fly by night' business. I was deducted a premium for policy which I have not accepted. I informed them about the problem, but it has not been resolved. I received 2 call from them asking me irrelevant questions, where I clearly stated that I have not accepted the policy and have never received any emailed documentation. That there have been a number of calls related to their quote and that I have declined it.
