Out insurance rejected my claim on false accusations of being under the influence of alcohol

My claim was rejected on false accusation that I SEPHTON MAKGALEMANE SEKHUKHUNE was driving under the influence of alcohol l, of which the necessary steps that needed to have been taken in case I was found at fault of breaking the law was not taken. The assessor failed to prove on which grounds was I found guilty to be under the influence of alcohol and his procedure of proving his claims were through word of mouth. I comp**** with him in giving him the necessary information that he stated was necessary and was part of the investigation which was giving him my bank statement, my tracker (sky jack) trip log book and the contacts of the people I was with on the day of the accident. When the investigation took place I was not informed that I should specify in detail about my trips of which he highlighted that there were some discrepancies including the tow company which I had a disagreement with as to how they conducted themselves in towing and further damaging my vehicle and price hiking from the initial quote I had received from AUDI road assistance. They proceeded to forcefully tow away my vehicle of which themselves are not reliable sources My assessor Mr Wesley Fayko misled the people that I had given him contacts off that I had admitted to him that I had been under the influence of alcohol , which was false because at no stage had I admitted to him that I was under the influence. He later recorded me without my knowledge and tried to make me confess into something I did not do after I had explained to him as to how the accident had occurred due to weather conditions which was mist.
