Out Insurance Poor Service.
We reside in Zambia and are unable to make contact with Out Insurance. The only why to communicate with them is via the phone. We have just spent K260.00 (Kwacha) to no avail. We were put on hold for 20 minutes and still no joy. Even if you send them a message on their Web Site portal it does not work. We have a policy in South Africa with Out Insurance, for furniture which was storied in Ballito. We moved our furniture over to Zambia in February 2023. We need to cancel our insurance, but are not able to get any service from Out Insurance. We are now pay insurance which is not needed. Our premium is R303.00 pm. The phone call we just tried to make cost us nearly our monthly premium. Can Out Insurance either call us or email us, they have our contact details.
