I am disgusted with your service as you guys claim you take customers seriously. I was involved in accident on the 08/12/21 and i was advised the car was written off...till do today i haven't received my settlement and i must be the one calling to get feedback...today i was transferred to legal only to be told the lady who was dealing with my case has resigned who is problem is that? and they now need to hire private investigators so i must wait again for another 3 months? so if i haven't called how was i suppose to know all that ****ty information. i need this matter sorted ASAP as i have never missed my premiums and this is my 1st claim and trust me i will never trust you guys with my next car...you guys are useless ****.
