Out bonus or no bonus

I tried to write this review directly to your complaints dept, but you decided my ID is invalid and i cannot log the complaint there so this is the next best platform. I decided to have a competitive quote done for my car, your consultant was outstanding, very professional and very knowledgeable, the problem comes in when i was sent the link to claim the out bonus for you not being able to beat my current cover. i completed everything twice and i get an error that I need to contact the call center, however my policy wording document went through fine, now that is not ethical, why would you allow my document to go through that you will use for your advantage to look at and build competitive cover with a MiWay document and then the part where i get something out doesn't work. you brag about the 500 if they can't beat your cover and it seems to be a mission to get it. I would've switched over but the ethical problem for me about this is just wrong. please ensure that you do not use my document in any way or else i will need to report to the ombudsman for insurance services.
