Out bonus a farce
<p>After being involved in an accident, I was informed I will loose my out bonus and need to pay an eccess if I wanted to proceed with the claim????? I was told I could lay the claim personally to the other party if I didn't want to loose my out bonus. After 11 years of a loyal customer, what did I pay them for if they can not even do that on my behalf? Bye-bye OutSurance!</p>

Thank you for notifying us. There was an OUTbonus payment in 2013 and since then there have been claims. Your current incident we discussed in detail with you that in order for us to follow the recovery process with the 3rd party you need to register the claim with OUTsurance. We will then attend to your damages and thereafter we will follow the legal procedure to recovery from the 3rd party. You refused to follow this process and informed us you will do this in your personal capacity as you don't want to lose your OUTbonus.
