OUT Bonus

OUTsurance prides themselves on their OUT bonus payouts by advertising what people have received yet I keep get messages with a delayed date on my payout. <br> <br> My insurance period expired after 3 years on 30th April. I received a call beginning of April notifying me of my payout and was told it will be paid on the 6th May. Then when I call on the 6th May to find out whether the payment has been made I get told I can expect it on the 11th May. And then today which is the 12th I get an sms to say I can expect the payout on the 13th May. <br> <br> I am tired of waiting for money that is due to me and to make it worse if I cancel my policy (even though the 3 year period has lapsed) I won't get my payout. <br> <br> Surely a company has big as OUTsurance should ensure that payouts happen timeously. <br> <br> I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OUTSURANCE TO ANYONE.
