Out and about insuranc:Outsurance

I’m so disappointed at outsurance. I recently took out an out and about insurance to cover my new cellphone. After a lengthy conversation with a wonderful lady consultant, I agreed on the terms of the new contract and decided on a debit order date. This was a week ago. Today I receive an sms in the afternoon saying that my insurance has been cancelled. This makes me angry because no communication was given to me as to what is the reason for this. Now I am left with a phone that is not covered after all that effort. This type of post sales service leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I guess I have to settle for another insurance company, communication is key guys in any business. So disappointed
