Ousturance ON TOP

Its custom for us to normally take to Social Media only when we have complaints but today its accolades. Outsurance are simply the BEST service delivery company in South Africa.. by a mile. Their response to any query from claims, premiums, coverage, assistance to changing Debit orders absolutely next level, been with them for more than 10 years and will never change even for far lesser premiums somewhere ells. Would like to think someday all companies will deliver the same service..... wishful thinking i suppose. Thank you Outsurance for being an brilliant Example of what customer service should be.
