<p>Here is a list of companies that could really, I mean really use your help with regards to understanding the value of client service and the unwavering consistent delivery thereof over 11 years. Yes, 11 years... YOU NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE. My most rewarding phonecall today was to a service representative requesting a statement so that FNB could unblock my business account for FICA reason...wait for it...they did not have my home address. I made the call to Outsurance with the speaker on in front of the Business Manager. The service consultant was curteous, quick and the whole 30 second conversation effortless. BEFORE I put the phone down the email was in my inbox!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>1. FNB</p> <p>2. FNB Personal Loans</p> <p>3. FNB Business</p> <p>Actually, I think you could just start there... As you know NONE of their divisions actually speak to each other or sometimes even know they exist!</p> <p>No words required. Except of course. "HOW CAN YOU HELP THEM!"</p>
