Our puppy had to go to the vet on Friday the 31st of Jan 2025
Our puppy had to go to the vet on Friday the 31st of Jan 2025. We submitted the claim on that Friday at 14:30 after we collected her from her treatment. We then got a call from a lovely lady from outsurance she asked us how our dog was doing and guided us through the claim. The claim was then accepted and paid out within 24hrs! We are so happy and couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you!
