Our family home was burglared and ransacked on Easter Friday, the 18th of April. We were on holiday in Jeffreys bay at the time. We arrived home to discover our entire house turned upside down. The *****s ttok whatever they could get their hands on and left us to clean up the mess. On Teusday, the 22nd of April I contaced Outsurance via the App and Kagiso called me back within 2 minutes. My claim was logged immediately. Kagiso helped me to compile the list of stlen goods. My television set was replaced, delivered to my home. I received a cash pay out after 5 working days. Slowly but surely we are rebuilding our house, our home and our entire lives. Nothing can prepare you for the havoc caused by a break in, but luckily for us, we are insured with the best.
