Our cat Oreo, we're in a horrible cat fight about 4 months or so ago, and it cost us almost R2000.00 in vet bills, so we decided to take out pet insurance with OUTsurance. On the 16th of April 2025, we had to rush her to the vet for an emergency operation due to another cat fight that happened on the Friday, prior to the Wednesday. We have made contact with OUTsurance. Jarryd was just simply awesome. He guided us through the claim process and even assisted us by making contact with the other Vets to get her history from them. He sent a regular reminder about outstanding paperwork and updates on the progress of the claim. After the final submission of all the documents, our claim was finalized, and we literally received our payment within 24 hours. OUTsurance does not fail.
