Our broker told us we were covered for a leaking roof. After I phone call within a week they said we weren't covered. They should have told us from day one, so we could have fixed the leak. They waited a week so we couldn't discuss the leak. Don't trust outsurince

The broker manager, Keith, contacted your wife to address the concerns you raised regarding your current claim. Your wife advised Keith that you were happy with your broker and that you had an issue regarding the delay on your claim. We will look into the concerns raised and will address accordingly.
