Our boundary wall unexpectedly collapsed and as a corner house, this poses a risk. When I phoned Outsurance they arranged emergency fencing the same morning. The assessor also attended to our matter speedily and was very professional. We cannot thank Outsurance enough - they truly went the extra mile!
