Other party got away

I had an accident recently,I furnished all my relevant details to outsurance, including the other driver who knocked on me. Outsurance settled my claim and damage's in a few days However the case was closed by outsurance but no attempts were made by outsurance to contact the other party , they simply closed the case and said it was my fault. The other driver got away and didn't even report the accident, I furnished outsurance with all the other party details This is very unprofessional
