Good Day,

I phone Outsurance for a quote on car insurance. they gave me a offer of R460 that was less than Momentum Insurance {R513} but the amount for the access was R2500 and at Momentum the access was only R1260.

I then send a letter to Momentum to cancelled my policy with them that is now more that 7 years, and I was claim free.

Momentum come back to me and gave me a better offer of R252 per month with a cash back.

I phone Outsurance and immediately cancelled their policy. I struggle for more than 2 weeks to cancelled this, so that no deduction was made on my Absa account.

After cancelling I send Outsurance an E-Mail and asked for the cash back of R1500 which are on promotion, on the Radios and TV.

Outsurance asked for 3 days for different documentation from Momentum after I asked for the promotion offer.

Now I received a letter from Outsurance stating because I 1st excepted their offer, then cancelled it, and no deductions was made to Outsurance, I can not qualify for the promotion, because I accepted the offer and took up Outsurance insurance.

The promotion is for client’s who do not accept the insurance in the first place. Apologies.

Please place this, because their advert is false!
