OT***5: Monthly premium

<p>On the 29th of March if I'm not mistaken I requested a qoute with outsurance because I wanted to change car insurances. I was assisted by a nice lady by the name Bukiwe/Bukelwa and she told me my monthly premium will be R1075.30 monthly with no increase during the year and I won't be paying the fee that insurance normally charge when you join an insurance and my first premium will be on the 1st of May. They indeed did deduct money from my account but not the amount we agreed on the took R1409.98 and I don't understand why they took this much. I noticed later when going through my bank statement and I sent outsurance an email on the 8th of this month but they haven't responded to my email. I want answers and my money refunded back into my back account. Policy number OT***5.</p>
