Dear Outsurance,
I submitted a claim regarding my home insurance on 16 April 2019. Initially an assessor was sent to my home to inspect the roof. I received feedback on 26 April 2019 from Karl Fourie.
I the queried there finding on which I received an out of office message from Karl stating I should contact Mbongeni Nkumane-which I did. On the 2nd of May Nkumame informed me that they would send out a roof expert to re-assess the damage.
I have sent Karl and Mbongeni various emails since then - the last being 23 May 2019 to follow up on the status of my claim. I have not heard back from one of them.
I have tenants in the house and this is causing issues.
Please contact me urgently regarding the matter.

You have our sincere apologies for the lack of feedback to you.
Karl has in the interim emailed you the report we obtained and confirmed the roof damage was not a result of storm damage. We will however settle the resultant damage and we will then proceed once you have rep**** to the email.
