<p>Have left a message to speak to manager Mr Tasheel as has not to date managed to return a message nor follow up. It's already been a month one has not received annual policy renewals. Every time ones email is not updated correctly. As Outsurance needs to post originals including vat statements to the po box provided hence there is no excuses.</p>
