OS Do Not Deliver

I have been an OS client for some 20 years or so and believed that they were reliable and honorable Co with all the fantastic adverts on DSTV indicating incredible support for their clients and the incredible OS Mobile App. Well, I wonder if the advertising authorities should not be involved with false advertising. With the App I continually get messages regarding who is driving a specific vehicle which is great as this verifies that my vehicle is being tracked and confirmation is required. Now my family is travelling to the Cape, so time to test the App for an emergency, which I activated @ 15:00, received confirmation (text message) with ***, will receive a call shortly. Received a call from Tato at 19:02, 2 hrs later. I mentioned that I was testing the system, but my family could be dead within this 2 hour period. So for other clients out there be careful, Outsurance does not care about your safety, only your premiums. Please be careful out there in this dangerous country.
