**** or a promotion

On 2/4 I received an email about a promotion. I decided to give it a try. A consultant called me 7/4 & I called my existing insurance for the requested docs which I sent though only to be told it was required in a different format. I sent through the docs again 14/4, heard nothing. So followed up yesterday 22/4, nly to receive an email this morning saying that they have been trying to contact me, please let them know when I am available. My thought, ..y couldn't u just email me in the first place?? Nonetheless a consultant from "promotions" called me just now saying that they require a more detailed cover document from my existing insurer 1) why was I not told all this in my initial conversation on 7/4 2) there is obviously a time frame for the promo, will I eventually be told "sorry the promotion has expired " considering the time that has been wasted ie from 7th to 23rd¿ 3) everyone knows very well how long u wait for docs especially in this instance where your existing insurer would want to retain u as a customer 4) I'm starting to wonder if this promotion is another ****
