Open your communication channels
From Outsurance : "We’re unable to reply to your mail. So, let’s chat! Emails are great, but nothing beats talking to a friendly advisor who has the answers to all your insurance needs." I am replying to your quote received by email. I do not want to Transact by telephone. I also try and deal with my personal insurance during my personal time, so after hours. Your call center is not open after hours.
Not great service.
If you want to give your customers the opportunity to communicate with you, allow email comms.
